Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Feedboon, a visual feedback and bug reporting platform operated by Boon Band. By accessing or using Feedboon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access or use the service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use Feedboon.

2. Service Description

Feedboon is a visual feedback and bug reporting tool for websites. Services include:

• An embeddable JavaScript widget for collecting visual feedback with screenshots, annotations, and console error capture
• A web dashboard for managing, triaging, and resolving bug reports with kanban board and team collaboration
• An MCP server for AI code editor integration (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode)
• A REST API for programmatic access and third-party integrations

Important: Feedboon is a feedback collection and management tool. The service captures and organizes bug reports but does not modify, deploy, or enforce changes on your website. All remediation actions remain your responsibility.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Feedboon only for lawful purposes:

• You may only collect feedback on websites you own or for which you have explicit authorization
• You may not use the service for malicious purposes, unauthorized access, or to collect feedback on sites without permission
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the service
• You may not use automated tools to overload or disrupt the service
• You may not republish or resell access to the service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Feedboon, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Boon Band or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all feedback data you create using the service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Feedboon for its intended purpose. This license does not include rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service itself.

6. Plans and Billing

Feedboon offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle, our merchant of record. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Features may be added, modified, or adjusted as the platform evolves, with advance notice to users. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Feedboon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Completeness or accuracy of captured feedback data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of AI-generated analysis or fix suggestions

AI analysis features provide suggestions based on console errors and metadata but do not guarantee accurate identification of root causes or fixes. All decisions based on AI suggestions are your sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boon Band shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from changes made based on feedback reports
• Damages from use of or inability to use the service
• Damages from reliance on AI analysis or fix suggestions

Total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid anything).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boon Band and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of Feedboon
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Feedback collected on websites you do not have authorization to assess

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in U.S. courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, with remaining provisions staying in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boon Band regarding Feedboon and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
