Refund Policy

1. Overview
Feedboon is a subscription-based visual feedback and bug reporting platform operated by Boon Band. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions.
2. Free Tier
Feedboon offers a generous free tier that includes up to 3 projects with unlimited feedback. The free tier does not involve any payment, so no refund applies. We encourage you to try the free tier before upgrading to a paid plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis via Paddle, our merchant of record. When you subscribe, you are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, even if you cancel before it ends.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the Feedboon dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
- Your account will automatically revert to the free tier when the paid period ends
- Your data (projects, feedback, screenshots) will be preserved, subject to free tier limits
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- First payment: If you are unsatisfied with the service within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund of that payment
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge
- Service unavailability: If the service experienced significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment, unless due to a billing error or service unavailability
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date (however, we will cancel your subscription to prevent future charges)
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on the pricing page at the time of purchase
- Temporary service interruptions lasting under 48 hours, or scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing disputes directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
