  • Feedback descriptions and priority selections
  • Console errors captured at the time of report
  • Click coordinates and element selectors

  • Viewport dimensions and device pixel ratio
  • Page URL where the feedback was submitted

1.2 Account Information

Account creation requires:

  • Email address (for authentication and notifications)
  • Full name (optional, for personalization)

1.3 Website Usage Data

We automatically collect the following from visits to feedboon.com:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring website

2. What We Never Collect

We explicitly do not collect passwords, authentication tokens, database contents, customer personal information, e-commerce transaction data, form submissions from your website visitors, or any content beyond what is visible in the captured screenshot.

Collected information serves these purposes:

  • Feedback Processing: delivering bug reports and feedback to your project dashboard
  • AI Analysis: analyzing console errors to suggest likely files and fixes
  • Notifications: sending team invites, status updates, and transactional emails

  • Vercel — hosting and deployment

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for authentication, session management, preference retention, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.
